Exploring Light and its Properties

Grade 1s are again on the go to explore our yearlong unit - How we express ourselves. This time, we are focusing on lights and its properties. We were wondering whether to answer YES or NO to the following questions: Does light travel in a straight line? Does light reflect? To be sure, we did two simple experiments in the class. In groups, the students were given materials and they worked together to set them up for the test. Indeed the answer to both questions is a YES. Light travels in a straight line, and Light gets reflected.
