Christmas Tree Lighting

It's December and the temperature has started to go below 10 degrees. Not only it is the mark of the new season coming - winter; it is also the Christmas breeze telling us that the most joyous time of the year is here. The school atmosphere has changed from the time the parents decorated the hallways with Christmas ornaments. The Christmas tree was displayed for a week without anything on it. Day by day, each class came in to put up their own handmade Christmas decorations. From a plain tree, it transformed into one of the most beautifully decorated trees we've seen.
Then on the 5th of December, officially, the Christmas lights were put on to give the tree a bright blinking set of lights to illuminate it. Aside from that, since it is also the Feast of St. Nicholas (officially 6th of December), the students received a special mikan.
What a calming and relaxing sight it is!
