For the past two weeks, Grade 1s explored the daily life of children in the past - Stone Age, Ancient and recent past. They learned about them by applying different ways to research: Watching videos, reading texts and interviewing an adult.
This week, they consolidated their information and focused on the reasons why things have changed.
They chose an area of daily life that they would like to highlight, and searched for photos showing those areas in three eras: ancient past, recent past and present. At the end, they cited different posisble reasons why the changes happened.
