A Visit to Kobe Baby Leaf Factory

This year, Grade 1s were privileged to get a chance to visit one of the best ditributors of salad in Kobe, Kobe Baby Leaf Factory. The company was generous to show us the history of it, the sources of their products and process of how they ensure that fresh salads goes to our table. It was a surprise for us to know that they grow vegetables naturally and also get sources from other countries. Grade 1s got to see the inside of the busy factory. They wore safety and sanitation gears and saw the beautiful process done to prepare those precious and yummy salads, and of course, the day would not end without tasting the yummy salads which Grade 1s finished to the last leaf. :) As a bonus, each one gets a free pack of salad that we can share to our families at home.
